What to expect on your therapeutic journey

Having heard from both clients and friends about their struggles in finding a therapist and understanding different therapeutic approaches, I empathize with how challenging it can be to know where to begin.

This is why I've created a space that aims to be open and transparent about what therapy with me entails, empowering individuals like you to make informed decisions about seeking support. While there's no universal explanation for how therapy works, as each therapeutic journey is unique, I believe it may be beneficial to provide you with an overview of what you can generally expect.
